Returns
Great care is taken to ensure the quality of every item. Returns are accepted only in the event of a manufacturer’s defect and require prior authorization.
Merchandise must be returned unused, in original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a store credit will be issued. Please note that refunds are not available.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items should not be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Approved exchanges will be processed for the same item, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the issued store credit.
For items valued at $75 or more, the use of a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is recommended, as receipt of returned items cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on the destination.
